Every service that is purchased on this website is subject to be officially received and reviewed within 24 hours of purchase. All documents related to service of process or filing need to be sent to duranlegalservices@yahoo.com. All documents will need to be sent in PDF file format. There may be additional charges for multiple pages of documents that need to be printed called a “print fee”. All services provided rush/routine will be 3 attempts and only 3 attempts unless otherwise approved by the server. All prices and attempts are subject to change without prior notice.

Any services that are paid in full and asked for a refund within 24 hours are subject to the entire refund. However, if one attempt (1) has been made on the business/individual/entity the refund will be only 50% of the requested price. If two attempts (2) have been made on a business/individual/entity there will be no refund given at the requested time. Any additional information about our refund policy call (916-671-9195). All refunds are at the discretion of the server and are subject to change without prior notice.

Any information received or given by Duran Legal Services and its staff shall not be construed as legal advice under State or Federal law. Licensed process servers are bound by the Code of Civil Procedure with respect to the individual state and federal laws and therefore must abide by such laws enacted by the legislature. In so far as our license’s permit us to act under the authority of state and federal law we do not and will not provide any legal advice to our clients.
