What We Need From You - Serving or Filing Your Legal Documents
*Before purchasing any of our services there is important information we need from you. This makes moving your case forward easily and seamlessly without any unnecessary delay and increased costs*
First, all required court documents must be completely filled out, signed, and dated, where necessary. If you’re unsure about the necessary court documents you need to file or how to fill them out properly / completely, you may want to consider contacting an attorney / paralegal pertaining to your situation.
Second, we need all documents requested to be filed in our possession. Whether we receive them through email or through a scheduled in person meeting, this is imperative for proper filing as well as seamlessly moving your case in the right direction. Failure to properly file documents may result in delayed court intervention which can certainly increase legal costs and further unnecessary time.

As the client, it is your duty to ensure that we have all the necessary documents to properly serve the entity, individual, or agent for service of process. First, the court you desire to have the documents filed in must be located in either Placer County, or Sacramento County. We may also be able to accommodate other court filing’s not in these counties, if this pertains to you please email or call us for further information.
Second, any and all costs of filing your legal documents with the court (excluding our fees) must be provided to us in either a check or electronically before filing the documents. We will not pay the filing fee for you and simply request it in an invoice. Failure to provide necessary payment may result in delayed filing and further consequences with your case. If you’re unsure about filing fees you can look them up at the superior court website for the county you reside in.
First, we will need the address of the residence, building, or apartment, as well as the corresponding suite number or apartment number of the entity, individual, or agent for service of process. If you don’t know the residence or corresponding number there are a number of services / agency’s which can help you in finding this out. Failure to have this information will be detrimental to effective service of process.
Second, we will need the name and description of the recipient whether they are an individual, entity, agent for service of process (if any). This is essential to effective service of process, especially when the recipient is evasive and unwilling to comply. Sometimes the process server only has seconds to identify the individual in order to make the necessary service attempt. Failure to provide this information may result in incomplete service, invalid service, or further delay with service of process.

This is essential to effective stakeout(s), especially when the recipient is evasive and unwilling to comply with service of process. Failure to provide this information may result in a failed stakeout, incomplete service, invalid service, or further delay with service of process.

Certain circumstances will require us to include additional services during the performance of the requested service(s) and therefore will be charged separately and additionally to the original service request.*

Routine Service. Up to 3 attempts per service price. First attempt in 5-7 business days. Great for non-time sensitive service.
Same Day Service. Up to 3 attempts per purchase price. The first attempt will be within 24 hours of purchase. This is for time sensitive services.
Rate per document filed. This includes filing Proof of services for services rendered. Documents that are intended to be filed in the Sacramento/Placer County Courts. All routine filings occur in 5-7 business days.
